Use this link and sign in to access the dispute center.

Scroll down and click “START A DISPUTE.”

Scroll down to “Consumer Statement” then click “Add Statement.”
Step 5
Select “I am unable to make timely payments due to the impact on my job/wages as a result of the COVID 19 pandemic,” or you can change the statement to fit your circumstances (but be sure to refer to COVID-19 in your statement).
Step 6
Select an expiration date. We currently recommend selecting a date after the law’s protections are set to expire, and then click “Save and Continue.”
Step 7
Review and then click “Submit Dispute.”
